Terms and Conditions for Indie Ink Apparel

This website ("Site") is owned and operated by Amy, trading as Indie Ink Apparel ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Hull, Yorkshire. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

We offer hand-printed graphic t-shirts. All tees are designed and hand screen-printed by us in our studio in Hull.

3. Ordering and Purchase
​
When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion. A contract between us is formed when we accept your order and send you a confirmation email.

4. Pricing and Payment
​
The prices for our products are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
​
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping is via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We currently only ship within the UK.

6. Returns and Refunds
​
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at indieinkapparel@outlook.com with your order number. We do not offer size exchanges at this time.

All designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Indie Ink Apparel and are protected by copyright. You may not use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
8. User Content (If Applicable)

If you submit any content to the Site (e.g., reviews, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Our products are hand-printed, and minor variations may occur. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but we do not warrant that they will be free from defects.
