Thoughtfully Made, Hand Printed for You
At Indie Ink, every t-shirt, jumper and tote is hand printed when you order it. This slow fashion approach allows us to minimilise waste and makes sure every piece meets our high standards.

Because we print to order, we encourage you to measure your size before ordering. If you’re unsure about your size, please check out our size guide or reach out to me - I’m always happy to help.
14 Day Simple Returns
We want you to be proud of what you wear. If your order arrives and it isn’t quite what you expected, we offer a straightforward 14 day return policy.

How to start a return:

Get in touch with Amy at indieinkapparel@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached.

Simply send your item back to our Yorkshire studio. As a small independent business, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Once your item arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
I take immense pride in the quality of my work and personally check every garment before it leaves the studio.

Please note that because our process is by hand, slight variations in the print are a hallmark of screen printing. This makes your item a one of a kind original. If your item arrives with a genuine construction or fabric defect (such as a hole or a significant printing error), please let me know immediately. I will prioritise a replacement or a full refund to make it right.
